Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Network with local investors and grow your database of investors in an effort to pair them with our exclusive list of properties.

- Maintain regular communication with investors to understand their investment goals, provide updates on available inventory, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

- Stay involved with the team to collaborate and stay educated on available properties

- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and inventory listings, utilizing CRM systems and other tools to organize information and track progress effectively.

What we’ll need from you to bring to the role:

- Active Tennessee Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one prior to starting)

- Full time commitment to grow your career and assist your book of investors

- Coachability is a must - we need team members who stay actively engaged and are comfortable breaking out of their comfort zone

- This segment of the industry is fast paced, so you’ll need to be able to keep up…and you’ll thrive if you do.
