Partner Executive
About the job you’re considering
Primary Focus is to drive new business and pipeline growth across the different Strategic Business Units and Global Business Lines of Capgemini globally by positioning the value of the partner solutions and platforms.
The partner executive will work with Capgemini and the Partner’s salesforce to drive demand generation programs and to grow the pipeline while collaborating with Marketing, Business Units and Delivery Units. The partner executive may support deal qualification, proposal, and closings in support of Capgemini teams.
The partner executive will report into Capgemini’s Group Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships (GSIP) organization.
Your role
Go to market & Drive revenue growth:
- Demand generation and opportunity qualification
- Pipeline reviews with the partner
- Identification of opportunities across SBU/GBL of Capgemini
- Support key deals and RFP’s
- Organize sales meet sales to facilitate the relationship at account level
Marketing & Communication
- Roadshows
- Social Media Communication
- Lead generation campaigns thru Account Based Marketing
- Support visibility of the partner at Capgemini lead events and vice versa
Enablement
- Support the certification process and enablement of Capgemini talent on Partner technology
- Engage with Capgemini University to accelerate the training of the partner
Solution creation
- Support the creation of new offerings with the Global business lines
- Engage with the partner to identify new solutions to bring to market
- Leverage Capgemini’s Industry leaders to develop new areas of growth
- Support innovation with partner (e.g., hackathon, innovation days, labs)
Management of the partnership
- Reporting of the KPI (Capgemini bookings, partner influence of license, resale)
- QBR set-up and mobilization
- Connection of execs to support the growth of the partnership
Your skills and experience
- 5 years of experience serving clients in the Auto, A&D, Life Sciences, Telcom, and Industrial Automation preferably with clients >$5b in size
- 10 years’ experience in selling complex, IT services/customized technology services
- 5 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services provider
- Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend
- A well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas, managing delivery excellence and building strong client relationships
- Recent experience selling consulting services engagements
- Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives
- History of successful sales of technology services deals across multiple offerings including specific experience in embedded systems, intelligent edge, cloud-native automation and orchestration platforms, virtualization environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills
- Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment
- Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors
