Configuration: Install, configure, and customize SAP CCO systems according to business requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Upgrades and Patches: Participate in the evaluation and implementation of SAP software upgrades and patches.
Documentation: Maintain a record of all technical issues and solutions to develop a comprehensive knowledge base.
