Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Customer Checkout (CCO) Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing end-to-end technical support, system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting for SAP CCO systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP system operations with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP CCO users requiring assistance or issue resolution.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
System Configuration: Install, configure, and customize SAP CCO systems based on specific business requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular system monitoring and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
System Maintenance: Assist in planning and implementing system upgrades, enhancements, and patch management.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and best practices to support continuous knowledge sharing and training.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in SAP Customer Checkout (CCO) support, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP system administration, configuration, and integration with POS and backend systems.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Capable of working independently as well as part of a cross-functional support team.
