Requirements:

- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP CCO users requiring technical assistance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve SAP CCO system-related issues promptly.
- Configuration: Install, configure, and customize SAP CCO systems according to business requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Upgrades and Patches: Participate in the evaluation and implementation of SAP software upgrades and patches.
- Documentation: Maintain a record of all technical issues and solutions to develop a comprehensive knowledge base.
