The Automotive Service Clerk representative is responsible for the matching of all components of the service repair order. This includes, any labor or parts charged by the technicians or the parts counter personnel. All of these receipts will be summed, any notes from the technician will be added to the paperwork and all information will be provided as an itemized statement. The cause and correction statements must be verified and corrected (if needed) prior to submitting the paperwork to the Service Advisor. All Warranty billing/coding will be performed, as well as preparing the repair orders for processing.
Responsibilities
- Billing and coding repair orders, warranty booking, updating spreadsheets, service department assistant, rental car assistant, and internal repair order processing etc.
Qualifications
- Basic automotive knowledge, general computer skills, ability to multi task, willingness to learn, working well within a team and are willing to submit to a per-employment background check & drug screen.
