Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Associate to join our team and play a critical role in the daily operations of our firm. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our business, including office management, project assistance, event coordination, client services and general administrative tasks. This role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Support: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and manage appointments.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with team members on special projects, data analysis, and research to support the growth and development of the firm.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, assist in managing office facilities, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute client events, seminars, and webinars.
- General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and calendar management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
