Construction Estimator

Capital Coating, Inc, a leader in the roofing coatings market, is seeking an experienced construction estimator to join our growing company.
The next step in our evolution is to put our quoting and proposal specifications in the hands of our estimator to streamline our sales processes. We have a lot of fun and hope you are interested in that as well.
In this position you work with sales and project managers in pricing and quoting of jobs after our sales reps have completed site visits and created takeoffs. You may work with blueprints, google maps or other technology we use and create estimates in our automated proposal system.
The preferred individuals will have a construction background. Roofing not required. You enjoy working with people, you enjoy problem solving and you like math solutions. BluePrint reading helpful but not necessary.
We are located in Eastern Lancaster County and position is on site. Hours are 7-4pm daily.
