Hourly Pay: $16.00 with increase potential.
Monthly Bonus: Yes (Varied amount based on achievement)
New Hire Bonus: $150 after 60 days.
Hours per week: 37 hours per week guaranteed
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Collections Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, customer service, and providing exceptional service to current and active customers who have fallen behind on credit card payments.
This is not a job where you have to contact severely past due accounts, but current customers who may need assistance in catching up with their monthly payments.
Responsibilities
- Identify outstanding balances and payment patterns.
- Efficiently manage customer accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ability and availability to come to work for full-time scheduled shifts.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions with customers regarding their accounts.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a collections or financial setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or collections is advantageous but not required.
- Training schedule will be 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday for 2 weeks.
Regular Schedule - Each weekly schedule will consist of either 4 day shifts (8:00am - 5:00pm) or 4 evening shifts (1:00pm -10:00pm) and a Saturday or Sunday per week ( your choice).
