Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Duties

• Lead and manage project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct requirements analysis and gather necessary information to define project scope.
• Oversee product development processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Utilize project management methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma principles, to optimize processes.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate project progress and outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and implement process management strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in Workday or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis and technical writing.
• Demonstrated ability in project leadership with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with product development cycles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

Pay: From $93,000.00 per year
