The job of ELP- Fiscal Specialist - Head Start is done for the purpose/s of identifying budget variances and recommending appropriate actions to adhere to fiscal requirements and budget guidelines; ensuring compliance with established state and federal fiscal requirements; assisting in budget development; processing expenditures; analyzing costs of programs and services; and providing analytical information as may be required by administrative and program personnel and/or regulatory agencies. This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: Per the essential functions and educational requirements listed below. This job reports to Assistant Superintendent of Early Learning.
This position is exempt, 260 days/year, 8 hours/day.
