What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onboarding Program Manager position at Capital Search Group?
Our successful Real Estate client in Falls Church, VA (5 days in office) seeks an Onboarding Program Manager to take ownership of the onboarding process to include long-term career path and employee development. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with hiring managers, leadership and employees to ensure the effectiveness of onboarding programs. Need 3 years, HRIS systems experience, excellent communication skills and proven experience designing and implementing training programs. Experience with tools such as tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate, Rise and Captivate is highly preferred. Compensation is $85-95K bonus and it’s 5 days in office.
