Capital Wraps, a large format graphics and sign company located in Raleigh-Durham, is seeking a self-starting Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administrative support, discussing projects with clients in detail, managing incoming order submissions, and scheduling installations. The Project Coordinator will support our Project Managers in coordinating the production and installation of vehicle graphics, interior signage, and other large-format graphics, both locally and nationwide..
We are open to individuals transitioning from non-signage related industries, but a strong willingness to learn is required. A professional, positive attitude, self-motivated mentality, excellent time management, and communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will be trusted to investigate and solve problems, so the ability to multitask and complete work duties autonomously is essential. This position is an in office position.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ customer-facing experience (Account Coordination, Customer Success, Project Management, or related role)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to grow relationships, as you will be interacting with vendors across the country
- Pleasant conversational manner both on the phone and in writing
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
