Who You Are:
You are energetic, reliable, self-motivated and have strong communication. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and are capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct a range of assignments derived from the duties and responsibilities of the SVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer
- Coordinate and maintain the executive’s calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring time is allocated efficiently
- Gather and abstract materials for such events as meetings, conferences and presentations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and process related travel and entertainment expense reports
- Own the preparation of the weekly leadership meeting agenda, distribute materials, lead meeting agenda, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Create and maintain quarterly town hall PowerPoint deck and coordinate run of show
- Edit and distribute monthly Supply Chain newsletter
- Assist with employee recognition programs
- Answer and screen incoming calls
- Code invoices to appropriate departmental codes
- Track expenditures against budgets
- Review and categorize incoming correspondence/memoranda/emails
- Prepare routine correspondence, memoranda and e-mail responses
- Arrange work related lunches/dinners for meetings or events
- Assist in the coordination and planning of Capri related teambuilding/company events and projects
- Liaise with external parties and internal staff
- Assist with some office related errands
- Responsible for office planning and floor plans
- Prepare regular briefing packets inclusive of scorecards, data analytics, reports and presentations
- Participate in other activities/projects at the discretion of management
- Ability to handle special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-5 years of administrative support experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
