Job Description
- Provide executive support for the CEO, COO, V.P. and Director of Finance (Executive Leadership Team).
- Manage the calendar of the CEO with attention to detail and proactive planning, optimizing scheduling, coordinating professionally and promptly, and balancing a range of incoming requests.
- Support ELT members in scheduling and coordinating key cross-functional meetings as needed.
- Responsible for keeping the CEO running smoothly and functioning optimally
- Extremely High Organization and Prioritization skills
- Task, Time and Calendar Management of CEO and the Business
- Tremendous FOLLOW-UP SKILLS on Everything you Touch.
- High Execution Skills-Always completing tasks with a bow on them
- Manage preparation for Executive Meetings.
- Support connection between the CEO, the Leadership Team, and the Board through coordination and scheduling of key meetings.
- Reserve accommodations and prepare meeting locations, coordinating meals and any additional ordering of items to enhance the meeting experience for attendees.
- Support preparation of meeting materials such as presentations, samples, pre-reads, etc. for Board Meetings, Town Halls, and other executive meetings.
- Support employee engagement through events and communication.
- Demonstrate a spirit of continuous improvement by diagnosing pain points and identifying areas for enhancement in the employee experience.
- Coordinate large employee events such as Town Hall Meetings, Employee Appreciation events, Sales Meetings from calendar invites, food, meeting materials, travel and flow.
