Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Actively engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide insightful solutions.
Lead Handling : Respond to inbound leads and provide timely follow-ups to nurture and close sales opportunities.
Consultation Service : Offer tailored advice for insurance solutions that best fit the needs of clients.
Relationship Management : Develop strong long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional services and products to existing clients.
Performance Metrics : Regularly achieve or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and service excellence.
Industry Knowledge : Keep current with industry trends, to effectively communicate and sell insurance products.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold an active MN Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain ir.
Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years in an insurance sales role or similar customer-centric position.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Orientation : Strong desire to provide excellent service and understand client needs.
Adaptability : Ability to effectively work in a hybrid remote environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using sales and CRM software, along with other virtual communication tools.
Teamwork : Ability to collaborate positively with team members across various channels.
