Job Description
- Administrative Duties
- High volume phone calls and emails
- Updating service team calendars
- Form completion/submission such as tax exemption forms, vendor packets, and insurance requests
- Parts requests
- Meter calibration tracking
- Scheduling
- Intake and scheduling of service requests from customers
- Coordinate scheduling changes and enter notes of local service teams
- Preventative Maintenance Service Sales
- Contact customers on behalf of service regions
- Work with local service team on PM quotes
- Agreement tracking and renewals
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Very close attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- High school diploma, 2- or 4- year degree preferred
- 2-5 years' experience in customer service or administrative focused role; HVAC industry is preferred but not required
- Experience with MS Office, proficiency in Excel
