Carawell Counseling, a growing and thriving counseling practice in the Arboretum area of South Charlotte,is seeking a Part-Time Medical Insurance Biller/ Client Care Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a larger management position within the practice as we expand.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and scheduling systems.
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and client communication.
Handle insurance verification, billing, and reconciliation of claims.
Oversee billing inquiries and ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly organized.
Collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
Assist with marketing efforts, such as social media updates and email campaigns.
Handle administrative tasks, including tracking office supplies, preparing reports, and general office organization.
Support the growth and management of the practice as responsibilities evolve.

Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative or client care role (preferably in a counseling or healthcare setting).
Knowledge of insurance billing processes, claim reconciliation, and working with insurance portals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with strict professionalism.
Tech-savvy, with experience using scheduling or practice management software, Electronic Health Record Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Empathetic, warm and professional in tone and approach.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
