Carbajal Counseling & Consulting is a dynamic and growing mental health group practice with locations in Kaysville, Syracuse, and Ogden. We Help People Conquer Life's Challenges by offering exceptional therapy to every member of the family. We are well-respected in the community by clients and colleagues alike.

We are looking for a Reliable, Professional, and Hard Working individual to represent the company well, as you consult with our clients. This is an extremely important role in the company, and we are looking for a fabulous person to fill it.

WHAT DO OUR INTAKE SPECIALISTS DO:

  • They are the gate keepers to the success of our business. They are the first point of contact to potential clients and provide excellent ongoing service to our existing clients.
  • They also provide administrative support and a needed mental break to our therapists, between sessions. Those at our front desk are truly essential team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere by greeting clients with a friendly demeanor.
  • Process new client intake calls, schedule appointments, manage calendars and emails, organize files and documents. Collaborate with office manager, supervisors, therapists, and clients to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
  • Utilize Mac computers to prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or Mac Pages and Numbers
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

WORK HOURS:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
  • No evenings, No weekends, No holidays
