Our team in Buford Georgia is looking for an HR professional with supervisory and collaboration experience in the Automotive industry. The person in this role will have one direct report as a part of their team.
Job Objective
Implementation of all relevant HR requirements based on the defined process map and the HR strategy. Ensuring all processes comply with local laws, are adequate compared to the market and environment. Being a business partner for the plant management team and supporting all employees within the employee life cycle.
Description Of Main Tasks
- Lead Projects in salary planning, target agreement and bonus payouts, Annual Budgeting Processes
- One of the key drivers to support the stabilization of Buford environment
- Personnel controlling and –monitoring of the HR-processes in the location (HR-KPIs) and ensuring the reporting / analyses regarding to the significant KPIs of the location (e.g. fluctuation, employee illness, HR-process-performance,...)
- Economic interface to CO, ACC within monthly / quarter / annual financial statement (e.g. accrual), personnel cost planning / midterm planning and to ensure / observe these processes
- Lead the plant organization with all employee life cycle relevant topics and providing the necessary processes (recruitment, on-boarding, training & development, employee engagement, terminations,…)
- Long-term improvement projects in employee retention, sustainability and continual improvement of company culture.
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years supervisory experience as an HR Manager
- SAP Success Factors

- Must be detailed oriented and result driven
- Spanish Language skills a plus
