Cardinal Contractors is seeking a driven Roofing Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll start with a 90-day probationary period where you will be trained to teach incentivized high performance, along with high commissions on all sales. This initial period is crucial as it will allow you to demonstrate your leadership and sales abilities. Successful candidates will transition into a permanent Sales Manager position, where you’ll train and lead your own sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate your own leads and close deals.
- Manage and close leads provided by the office.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate leadership and sales capabilities over the 90-day probationary period.
- Transition to a permanent Sales Manager role after the interim period, with responsibility for training and managing a sales team.
Requirements:
- Experience (preferred).
- Strong closing ability and a proactive approach.
- Ability to bring in your own leads while working with office leads.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work on 90 day quota designed to incentivize high performance plus high commission during the probationary period.
Compensation:
- W-2 position
- High commissions structure on all sales.
