Cardinal Staffing is immediately hiring a PPAP Coordinator for a large, well-known manufacturing client in Roseville, MI.
The PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the PPAP process for new or modified parts within our manufacturing operations. This role ensures that all parts meet the required quality standards and specifications before approval and production release.
1st shift Available start time 6am.
Occasional overtime is available.
Starting Pay : $18-$22 / hr depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage PPAP Process : Oversee the entire PPAP process for new and existing production parts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Documentation Review : Review and approve PPAP documentation, including process flow diagrams, control plans, FMEAs, and other technical reports.
- Cross-Functional Communication : Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to communicate PPAP requirements and status updates.
- Record Maintenance : Maintain comprehensive PPAP records to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Internal Audits : Conduct periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of the PPAP process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
