A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PPAP COORDINATOR
The Project Manager-Supply Chain will plan, execute, and oversee projects to align with management's strategic objectives. The goal is to ensure project delivery (including product launches) within budget and on schedule. They will be hands on with all aspects of a project from inception to completion. This includes timeline management, resource allocation and clear and thorough project documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PPAP COORDINATOR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - including interacting with Suppliers and Customers, making requests, follow up, and productively challenging/engaging others as needed
- Quick and accurate typing
- Proficiency in working with computers, including MS Office
- Able to work under tight timelines
- Commitment to high-quality work (attention to detail, accuracy, completeness)
- Commitment to being a productive and professional team member
- Strong time and organization management
- Team player
- Work experience Quality, AIAG, PPAP, IMDS, IQS, Epicor P21
WORK SCHEDULE
This position requires working Monday - Friday during typical business hours when the business clients that you support are also working.
