OPPORTUNITY
CVAUSA is seeking a Value Based Care Market Manager to join our Novocardia Division. The Value Based Care Market Manager will function as a critical member of Novocardia’s value-based care (VBC) team. The role will l, collaborate with our practices and partners to implement and optimize clinical care model, and manage performance on VBC contractual metrics to drive success in our VBC arrangements. This individual will be responsible for working with practices across the CVAUSA network, and will devote at least half of his / her time to working with practices in Florida.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clinical practices to implement clinical programs designed to improve the quality and value of cardiovascular care and iteratively improve the operational performance and efficiency of these programs. Specific related responsibilities include :
Monitoring contractual and quality metrics, setting metric goals, and creating mitigation plans to improve contractual performance when these goals are at risk.
