Job Title: Mid-Level Tableau Developer
Location: Chicago, IL (On-site, 3 days/week)

Job Overview:
We are seeking 5-7 Mid-Level Tableau Developers for an urgent and exciting project with a client based in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate should possess 5 years of experience in Tableau development and have the ability to work on-site at the client s location in Chicago at least 3 days a week. If not local, candidates must be willing to travel to Chicago for on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports for business intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable Tableau visualizations.
Optimize Tableau reports and dashboards for performance.
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable development of Tableau solutions.
Integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with the data engineering team to identify data sources and ensure seamless data flow into Tableau.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Tableau dashboards and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Tableau performance or data inconsistencies.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience working as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
Strong expertise in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets and data integration.
Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Knowledge of Tableau Server and/or Tableau Online for report deployment and maintenance.
Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills:
Tableau Certified Associate or Tableau Certified Professional certification.
Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies such as Power BI or QlikView.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Prior experience working in data-driven organizations with an understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Work Environment & Requirements:
This role will require candidates to be located in the Chicago metro area and work on-site at least 3 days per week.
If candidates are not local, they must be willing to travel to Chicago for on-site work 3 days/week.
The project duration is 3-6 months initially, with the possibility of extension depending on client needs.
