Gentle Care Maintenance Director

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations at Gentle Care, a senior living community in Vincennes, IN. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of the facility, including the building, grounds, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
- Manage maintenance staff and contractors
- Perform regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Conducting routine inspections and testing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment
