- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
- Provide medication reminders and ensure timely medication administration
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times
- Record and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and support clients with tailored care to meet their individual needs
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience or home health care experience preferred
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification is a plus, but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient with strong communication skills
- Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and moving clients
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours
