Certified Home Health Aide Job Opening

Premier is a renowned provider of home care services, and we're currently seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing hands-on care to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assisting with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
• Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

• Certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
• A deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• The ability to prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping tasks as required.
• Completion of a New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalent.
• Basic literacy and arithmetic skills.
• Age 18 or older.
