Our client is looking for a stellar HR Coordinator that supports recruitment, training, engagement, and HR administration. This role ensures efficient onboarding and training coordination while supporting company culture initiatives. Additionally, it plays a key role in maintaining HR processes and compliance.
Position: Human Resources Coordinator (Temp to Hire for the right fit!)

Hourly Rate: $28.00-35.00/hour
Start Date: Early April
Location: Glendale (onsite M-F)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop and schedule training programs for compliance and professional development.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and assist with compliance documentation.
- Support DEI initiatives and succession planning documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR metrics and data reports.
Qualifications
- 2 years of HR experience, with recruitment and training exposure preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of US and/or Canadian employment laws is a plus.
