Job Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience designing and selling residential landscape and hardscape projects in the Baltimore, Washington DC area
- CAD or Dynascape software experience is a plus
- Experience in estimating is a plus
- Creative and energetic with a positive attitude
- Must be a self-starter with a drive to succeed
- Enjoy working directly with our customers to understand their landscape needs
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Clean driving record
Job Description:
- Conduct onsite client consultations
- Conduct site analysis and measurements as needed
- Develop landscape and hardscape design
- Develop project estimates and proposal
- Present design and proposal to customers for approval
- Provide work order to production department
- Perform after sale follow ups
