About the job :
The industrial side of the business is established and solid. This is an opportunity to take over that business and mentor a team of 12 outside sales reps and 1 support person. We need someone who can translate a long-term vision into a strategic plan. Communicate well and build solid relationships with key partners. Position is open only because the previous Manager has been promoted within the Company.
Looking for someone with a college degree and minimum of 3-5 years managing outside sales reps. Industrial equipment or capital equipment of any kind is preferable.
Compensation :
120K-$130K base $50K bonus puts you at $170K-$180K at plan with opportunity for over $200K first year with accelerators as this is a top region in the country.
