We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Agent or Admin, you will be responsible for resident interaction, customer service, and other administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, administrative tasks, and facilities management.
Duties:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the leasing office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information to potential renters.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of our properties.
- Use OneSite to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor the sales pipeline.
- Utilize LIHTC and other programs to assist low-income families and individuals in finding affordable housing options.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the legal requirements and regulations surrounding leasing and rental agreements.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and ready for showings.
- Utilize conflict management skills to resolve disputes between tenants and management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell other services or properties to maximize revenue and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions, including lease agreements and property maintenance schedules.
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is highly desirable.
- Experience with property management or facilities management is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry software and other administrative tools is necessary.
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and compliance.
- Experience with conflict management and customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling techniques is beneficial.
- A background in sales and marketing is highly valued.
