This dynamic role will support the Property Manager with various administrative tasks, provide reception services, and assist the Marketing / Leasing Manager with promotional materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in administrative roles , preferably within property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable using property management software like CoStar .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work well with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
