This B2B loyalty program represents over 10,000 core customers and thus requires full-time management of day-to-day activities. It also facilitates key corporate initiatives through strategic promotions and many other initiatives utilize the platform of the program, including a new IT project in 2025, which requires collaboration across multiple groups to ensure a smooth transition. Lastly, the program needs improvement to better deliver value to our customers (ex: providing a holistic view of our benefits).
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the Client Preferred Rewards B2B loyalty program in North America (US & Puerto Rico). This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the premium Client lens brand while driving traffic, sales, and engagement. This individual will partner closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach for all customer touchpoints.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Manager is a results-driven critical thinker who embraces innovation and is a self-starter. He/she must possess an in-depth understanding of brand marketing principles to deliver marketing initiatives from a brand-right customer point of view. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our B2B Lens loyalty program.
1. Brand Leadership. Ability to articulate a clear vision of the Client brand initiatives that inspire a shared vision among partners. Ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement points.
2. Initiative Development & Implementation. Oversee the identification and development of integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives. Collaborate and partner with both internal & external cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement touch points.
3. New Idea Development. Develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives as appropriate based on opportunities, consumer insights and industry trends.
4. Marketing Analysis. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance current and future marketing initiatives.
5. Team Development. Manage, motivate and develop team members.
