Shift: Mon - Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Range: $20/hr. on W2

Job Description:
The production associate (Mid Level) may have responsibilities including manufacturing, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products.
 
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

• Follows work procedures and instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Performs manufacturing operations and various tasks following procedures, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
• Works independently and completes per the production schedule.
• Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
• Participates in quality control inspections when required works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.

 
Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent 2 or more years of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics; ability to read, comprehend, and follow written work instructions in English; working knowledge of computers and Microsoft OS; and ability to use basic measuring equipment (rulers, calipers, etc...).
• Must be able to lift up 50 lbs respectively.
