This position is responsible for processing technical brokerage and investment advisory account servicing requests, assisting Member Firms with developing solutions and recommendations for client needs, and providing excellent customer service to Member Firms and their clients. Working in a team environment, this position acts as middle-office support liaison between Wealth Solutions and other internal partners, our clearing firm, and other external partners and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide world class service to our member firms and clients, with timely accurate responses and proactive communication.
- Support Member Firms’ trading and/or account servicing requests.
- Serve as resolution contact and conduit between operations services, clearing/custody firm, and internal/external partners for our Member Firms and clients.
- Assist Member Firms with developing solutions and recommendations for client needs.
- Review account paperwork for completeness and correct supporting documentation; request and work with Member Firms to obtain essential missing information.
- Assist Member Firms with investment advisory needs for accounts held at custodians.
- Liaise/serve as intermediary with service teams at the custodians.
- Troubleshoot time-sensitive issues, helping mitigate risk to Member Firms and Wealth Solutions
- Process account service requests such as opening of new accounts, initiation of asset transfers, withdrawal requests and account updates.
- Assist with creating and updating operational procedures.
- Participate in team-specific and department-wide projects.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience, including trading and/or operations knowledge
- Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Fundamental knowledge of Broker/Dealer and Investment Advisory practices and processes with an understanding of financial planning and estate planning topics
- Ability to communicate and work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and effectively set priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of reliability
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Member Firms, custodians, vendors, and colleagues.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidential, sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to make a positive contribution to teamwork within a business unit and organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
You will also be eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus.

Job Conditions & Environment:
- This position is based on-site at our offices in Uptown at the Quad in Dallas, TX with the flexibility to work one day remotely
- Normal office environment/desk assignment
