Premier Placements is currently interviewing for a 3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor opportunity with a well-established food manufacturing company located in the Ponca City, OK area. As a Sanitation Supervisor you will be responsible for achieving total plant cleanliness in all production areas. Secondary responsibilities include directing and developing the sanitation team, while identifying potential leads and preparing them for advancement. The Sanitation Supervisor will oversee a team of 24 Sanitation employees and 2 Sanitation Leads. Supervisors will work 8-10h shifts and must be flexible to work weekends if needed. Work Schedule: 11:00 pm – 7:00am – MUST have flexibility to work weekends if needed. Schedule is 5 days on and 2 days off.
Base Salary: $65,000- $70,000 / year up to 14% yearly bonus incentive!*
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all departmental associates are compliant with EH&S policies and procedures to ensure the protection of employees and other individuals while minimizing the organizations exposure to loss and liability.
- Accountable for ensuring all equipment is sanitary and assembled correctly, prior to start up each morning.
- Manage hourly associates to ensure that processes are in place to achieve departmental goals (swab failure rate, USDA NR’s, Master Sanitation, etc.).
- Actively support all employee and labor relations activities to increase employee engagement.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- 3 years of experience as a Sanitation Supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous Food Manufacturing experience is a plus!
- Must enjoy working hands-on and have the ability to coach, train, and develop current and new employees.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
