We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of legal experience to join a dynamic team specializing in insurance defense. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on workers' compensation cases and demonstrate the ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation and insurance defense matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to develop case strategies.
- Maintain compliance with court deadlines and ensure all legal processes are followed accurately.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in insurance defense with a focus on workers' compensation.
- Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
