Job Title : Fulfillment and Shipping Associate
Shift : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that orders are processed, packed, and shipped with precision and care.

What You’ll Do : Keep Things Moving :
o Communicate effectively with team members via Slack to ensure seamless operations.
o Process shipping labels for carriers like DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS using platforms such as ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager, Endicia, and UPS WorldShip.
Deliver Excellence :
o Inspect packages to ensure every order meets our high-quality standards.
o Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment, ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered.
- Be the Problem-Solver :
o Answer and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone about shipping-related issues.
o Resolve shipping challenges quickly and professionally, always putting the customer first.
Stay Organized :
o Assist with routine warehouse tasks, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with colleagues to meet daily goals.
