What You’ll Do:
- Process weekly payroll, manual calculations, and audits with precision.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Utilize Kronos Timekeeping, Lawson Infor, and Global HR/Payroll systems (preferred).
- Provide expert support and training to payroll staff.
- Optimize workflows with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL (preferred).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in payroll processing, tax compliance, or financial accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- APA certification is a plus!
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM
- Onsite for 3-6 months, then hybrid (2-3 days in-office).
- Flexible schedule required (may include evenings/weekends as needed).
