The Director of Systems Management will plan, direct, coordinate, and support operations activities in the organization, ensuring the development, support, and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization. The scope of responsibilities shall be over Systems Management, including but not limited to C-CAR, PCMI, TRONIX, StoneEagle, and business reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains individual contributor staff in the department
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided
- Establishes, implements, communicates, and supports the strategic direction of the organization’s systems management division
- Collaborates with leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on systems management projects and operations
- Collaborates with other divisions and departments to accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives
- Identifies, recommends, and implements processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials
- Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans, such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities, are in line with the organization's business plan and vision
- Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution
- Reviews and approves cost-control reports, estimates, and project staffing requirements
- Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to leadership
- Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- 7 years of experience working with Third Party Administrators
- Experience with PCRS preferred
- Experience with leading teams and projects
- Proven problem-solving skills diagnosing complex issues
- Proven ability to be thoughtful and communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, across a cross-functional organization, and with team members
- Able to identify inefficiencies and take actions to implement changes to improve operational performance
- Proficient in managing, supporting, and optimizing complex systems and technologies
