CareNational is looking for an experienced Bilingual Social Worker (MSW) - Medicare PACE in El Cajon, CA! This is a contract position, and ideal candidates will have at least less than 1 year of recent experience as a Bilingual Social Worker (MSW) - Medicare PACE.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $37.05 - $42.03 - $47.80 hourly
- On Site with some occasional patient home visits
- Location: El Cajon, CA
- Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
- MUST have MSW degree, Experience with elders is preferred but not required- applicants should be informed that they would be working directly with senior population and patients
- Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work
- Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation must be properly insured to meet Center’s guidelines.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience as a Clinical Social Worker; one year in clinical healthcare setting and experience working with the frail or elderly population
