Carenet Health is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our People Services team and drive global HR initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and refine HR policies catering to diverse global workforces, ensuring regional regulations compliance in the Caribbean, US, and Philippines.
• Act as a trusted resource for international teams, handling employee concerns, conducting investigations, and managing exit processes across regions.
• Stay ahead of varying employment laws and regulations, ensuring Carenet Health remains compliant in all operating countries while managing essential reports and claims.
• Develop and maintain safety and wellness programs tailored to the needs of global workforces, ensuring team member well-being across all regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in the US, Caribbean, and Philippines.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and talent for resolving issues with cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proactive approach to continuous improvement.
