Your Role:
- HR Policy Advocate: Administer and refine HR policies that cater to our diverse global workforce, ensuring compliance with regional regulations in the Caribbean, the US, and the Philippines.
- Employee Relations Leader: Serve as a trusted resource for our international teams, handling employee concerns, conducting investigations, and managing exit processes across regions.
- Global Compliance Champion: Stay ahead of varying employment laws and regulations, ensuring that Carenet Health remains compliant in all operating countries while managing essential reports and claims.
- Wellness Promoter: Develop and maintain safety and wellness programs tailored to the needs of our global workforce, ensuring the well-being of team members across all regions.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in the US, the Caribbean, and the Philippines.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for resolving issues with cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
