Essential responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors
- Efficiently manage telephone calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses
- Check patients in and out of the clinic and facilitate a smooth patient flow
- Collect new and update existing patient information
- Verify insurance coverage
- Accurately collect and record co-pays and patient balances
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage office supply inventory
This is a full-time position for the right candidate with competitive compensation based on experience. We also offer paid holidays and an IRA plan.
