We are a BUSY medical/cosmetic clinic. Applicants must possess the following: Friendly and professional in person and on the phone. - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Reliable, hardworking, problem solver with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to MULTI-TASK like nobody's business and someone with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment - Must be able to persevere in the face of challenges, adapt to changing environments, and push yourself to do whatever it takes. - Must be able to work independently and as a team.
We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30 AM-6 PM. Your approx work hours will be Tuesday-Saturday 9:15 AM-6:30 PM with a 1 hour lunch. No prior knowledge of medical spa services is required, but applicants must have the willingness to learn about the many services and products we offer and be passionate about what we do.
- Must be personable with an outgoing personality and be a sales driven individual and drive sales in a back office setting
- Answering multiple phone lines with a professional tone
- Addresses incoming messages via texts and email in a timely manner
- Document correctly in patient charts
- Checking patients in/out
- Scheduling appointments for patients' including consultations, injections, treatments etc.
- Balancing reports and register at the end of the night
- Documenting patients’ information accurately into the scheduling software
- Scanning in documents efficiently and promptly.
- Ability to multi-task, moving effortlessly from one project to another
- Assist with reminder calls and follow up calls - we do not cold call
- Assist all team members as requested
- Assist with rooming patients and taking 3D photos
- Restock inventory and brochures throughout the clinic
- Ensure common areas are organized and maintained
- Maintain bathroom cleanliness throughout the day & ensure it's stocked with the essential items
- Assist with counting inventory at the end of the month

· Job history with at least 1-2 years of commitment from a previous employer
