**Role Overview**
The Senior Associate General Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on labor and employment law matters. This will involve drafting and refining employment-related documents and agreements, advising on internal investigations and partnering with Human Resources to build processes for ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
This role requires a strong understanding of labor and employment law, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and at least 10 years' experience specializing in labor and employment matters.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing expert advice and guidance on labor and employment law matters
- Drafting and refining employment-related documents and agreements
- Advising on internal investigations and partnering with Human Resources
- Building processes for ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations
- Monitoring legislation, regulations, case law, government enforcement activities and emerging trends in labor and employment law
**Requirements**
