What You’ll Be Doing
We're an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We process dozens of trailers each week and more than several million unique SKUs annually, selling this inventory through our well-known, local retail store (11,000 transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400 bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300 listings/week) sales channels. The variety is amazing, ranging from consumer items (clothing, laptops, designer pursues, hardware) to commercial (rooftop air conditioners, restaurant ovens, airplane parts).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Service: Provide friendly interaction with customers as they enter the store and thank them for shopping as they exit the store.
- Cleanliness: Keep the entrance area clear of loose carts and hand baskets.
- Monitor: Be observant for any potential acts of theft and promptly notify the security team if you observe suspicious activity.
- Assist: Work with the retail staff to get customer questions answered.
- Teamwork: Positive outlook, team player
- Reliable: Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Initiative: Take appropriate action without having to be told
- Satisfied: Sat Survey reflects 19 of 20 associates “glad to be working here”; culture often described as family-like
