Provides general support for Human Resources functions, and initiative implementation within Talent Acquisition. Maintains knowledge of all HR areas and activities, while specializing in knowledge of employment and hiring processes as well as recruitment outreach. May support hiring projects within Talent Acquisition or event planning and facilitation. Must possess strong multi-tasking and project management skills. Responsibilities include managing on boarding process (background checks, employee health, pre-employment paperwork, etc.). Supporting recruiters as needed (screening resumes, attending job fairs, scheduling interview, etc.). Clinical/medical terminology knowledge a plus.

What We Require:
Education: Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent experience required.
Experience: One (1) year of general HR/related experience required. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and other HR Software (Modern Hire) and experience processing new hires virtually strongly preferred. Notary is a plus.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: None required. HR Certification (PHR, CEBS, etc.) preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Must possess excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. Must work well in a team environment and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. SAP Success Factors knowledge preferred. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities.
