Licensed Practical Nurse - Lebanon Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

Full-time position (40hrs/wk) with hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Eligible for sign-on bonus. The role involves screening patients, assisting in care planning, and providing nursing care per Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Obtaining patient history and performing specialized procedures.
• Ensuring care areas are stocked and instruments sterilized.
• Facilitating communication between providers and patients.
• Evaluating health status and directing care appropriately.
• Managing patient education and follow-up on diagnostic tests.
  
  

Qualifications include a diploma or associate degree from an accredited LPN program, 1 year of clinical experience, and a valid LPN license. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
